Movement Educator & Certified Pilates Teacher
Courtney Anne Holcomb completed her Comprehensive Program through Balanced Body as well as her test-out through the Nationally Certified Pilates Teacher (NCPT) program and has been teaching Pilates since 2010. She founded Waveforms Pilates studio in her hometown of Neenah, WI, where she instructed and managed for over 5 years. She currently offers Pilates expertise, Movement Education, Conditioning workshops, Corporate Wellness, Lectures and Presentations, and guest instruction around the United States. She also is the creator of “Move and Yield” which offers curated content, classes, and events that balance moving more and yielding to reconnect and slow down the modern pace of life.
