
Group Pilates Reformer and Equipment Classes
Pilates Anchored LLC is my studio in downtown Sheboygan, WI. Group Pilates Reformer classes utilizes premium Pilates equipment such as the Pilates reformer, barrels, and small props. We work together on your movements goals and build a progressive program to make you succeed. Below is our current class schedule. All classes can be booked directly on our booking site. Outdoor Pilates Mat Classes
Keep you eyes out for special outdoor Pilates Mat classes throughout the summer months. Join me with your mat at pop-up locations throughout the city of Sheboygan, WI. Make sure you are following Pilates Anchored LLC on Facebook and Instagram to see events as they pop-up!
Custom Small Group Equipment Classes
Gather a small group for friends and build your own class. Group of colleagues, sports team, special event. Work as group of up to 4 students on Pilates reformers, $150 for a 50-minute session. E-mail pilatesanchoredllc@gmail.com for booking options and to schedule a time.
Pilates One-on-one Lessons
Courtney Anne specializes in teaching one-on-one sessions. Sessions utilizes premium Pilates equipment such as the Pilates reformer, trapeze table, chair, barrels, and small props. We work together on your movements goals and build a progressive program to make you succeed. Choose between 25-minutes, 50-minutes, and 1 hour and 15 minutes in duration.

Free Community Asahi Nordic Group Movement Classes
Community classes are free, 45-minutes long, and held in the Loft at the Mead Public Library in Sheboygan, WI seasonally. Check their website for upcoming offerings. Asahi Nordic is a mind-body health exercise practice developed in Finland. The main goal is keeping the mind and body health and active throughout all stages of life. The Asahi practice is comprised of 12 exercises in a series. There are three exercises in each of the following areas: relaxation, neck and shoulders, back, and balance.
Next Asahi Nordic series at Mead Public Library will run for 4-weeks on Wednesday mornings 9:15-10:00 AM with dates June 25th, July 2nd, July 9th, and July 16th 2025.
Self-Paced Pilates Mat Class Series Videos
A few times a year, Move and Yield Offers a month-long self-paced Pilates mat class series. Each week, receive a new workout that you have access to for the whole week. After the four weeks conclude, we end the series with a live ZOOM class to finish out the session. All 5 classes are included in the price of the series.
When you sign up for this series, each Monday for 4 weeks you will receive an e-mail with a link to a Pilates Mat Workout Video that you will have access to the whole week. Each workout will be between 30-45 minutes in length. Complete the workout as many times as you’d like throughout the week. The e-mail will also send you a Move and Yield challenge to try and complete by the end of the week. The four-week series will conclude with a live MOVE class on ZOOM which is included in the price of registration.
